Lockus Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms govern your use of Lockus - Focus & Zen ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Subscription and Purchase

• Lockus may offer auto-renewable subscriptions (e.g., monthly/yearly) and non-consumable lifetime purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in App Store account settings after purchase.
• If a free trial is offered, unused portion (if any) is forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it, or use it in violation of applicable laws.

4. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

6. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms.

7. Governing Terms

For Apple platform subscriptions, Apple's standard terms and billing rules also apply.

本条款适用于你对 Lockus - Focus & Zen（以下简称“本应用”）的使用。使用本应用即表示你同意本条款。

1. 订阅与购买

• 本应用可能提供自动续期订阅（如月度/年度）以及非消耗型终身买断。
• 确认购买后，费用将从你的 Apple ID 账户扣除。
• 自动续期订阅会在当前周期结束时自动续费，除非你在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消。
• 续费费用将在当前订阅周期结束前 24 小时内从你的账户扣款。
• 你可在购买后前往 Apple 账户的订阅管理中管理或取消订阅。
• 若提供免费试用，购买订阅后未使用的试用时长（如有）将失效。

2. 许可授权

我们授予你一项有限的、非独占、不可转让、可撤销的个人使用许可，用于在符合本条款的前提下使用本应用。

3. 使用限制

你不得以违法方式使用本应用，不得反向工程、破解、篡改或以其他方式滥用本应用及其服务。

4. 免责声明

在法律允许范围内，本应用按“现状”提供，不附带任何明示或默示担保。

5. 责任限制

在法律允许范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本应用导致的间接、附带或后果性损失承担责任。

6. 条款终止

你在使用本应用期间本条款持续有效。若你违反本条款，我们可暂停或终止你对本应用的访问权限。

7. Apple 平台条款

对于 Apple 平台上的订阅与支付，Apple 的标准条款、计费与退款规则同样适用。
