Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using TimerApp, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
About TimerApp
TimerApp is an interval training timer for iPhone and Apple Watch. It helps you create workout plans, run exercise and rest intervals, receive sound or haptic cues, review workout history, and use optional Pro features.
Health and Safety
TimerApp provides timing and organization tools only. It does not provide medical, fitness, or professional health advice. You are responsible for choosing exercises, intensity, duration, and rest periods that are appropriate for your condition. Stop exercising and seek medical advice if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.
Subscriptions and Purchases
TimerApp may offer Pro features through in-app purchases or subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Prices, trial availability, renewal terms, cancellation, refunds, and billing are managed by Apple and may vary by region.
If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, it will renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Apple Standard EULA
For apps distributed through the Apple App Store, your use of TimerApp is also subject to Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement unless a separate agreement is required by Apple. You can review Apple's terms at Apple Standard EULA.
Your Content and Data
You are responsible for the workout plans, names, notes, and other information you create in TimerApp. Please avoid entering sensitive personal, medical, or confidential information into workout names or descriptions.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse TimerApp, attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the app except as permitted by law, use the app for unlawful purposes, or attempt to bypass purchase, subscription, or entitlement controls.
Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features of TimerApp at any time. Some features may require a compatible device, operating system, Apple Watch, App Store availability, iCloud availability, or an active Pro purchase.
No Warranty
TimerApp is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses related to workouts, injuries, data loss, device issues, purchase processing, or inability to use the app.
Privacy
Your use of TimerApp is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information the app stores and how it is used.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service when TimerApp changes or when legal, operational, or platform requirements change. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

如果你购买自动续订订阅，除非在当前计费周期结束前至少 24 小时取消，否则订阅将自动续订。你可以在 Apple ID 账户设置中管理或取消订阅。
Apple 标准 EULA

你的内容与数据
你需要对在 TimerApp 中创建的训练计划、名称、备注和其他信息负责。请避免在训练名称或描述中输入敏感个人信息、医疗信息或机密信息。

你同意不滥用 TimerApp，不在法律允许范围之外尝试反向工程或干扰应用，不将应用用于违法目的，也不尝试绕过购买、订阅或权益控制。
可用性与变更

责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任，也不对与训练、伤害、数据丢失、设备问题、购买处理或无法使用应用相关的损失承担责任。
