What Renight keeps — and what it never takes.
What stays on your device
Sleep logs, bedtime questionnaire answers, language, appearance, mixer levels, and similar preferences are stored locally on the device. We do not operate a Renight account server and we do not sell personal data.
Microphone
If you tap Calibrate, Renight uses the microphone only to estimate room loudness in real time so playback volume and masking suggestions can be adjusted. Audio is not written to disk and is not uploaded. Stopping calibration releases the microphone.
Purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit. The app reads entitlement status on device. Apple’s privacy policy applies to App Store billing.
Analytics and ads
This version of Renight does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
