Email SupportOpen the app, go to Settings (or the paywall), and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used to buy. Your Pro access will be restored automatically.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PDF-PRO. You can change plans or cancel anytime. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current period.
No. All documents stay on your device and are processed locally. Nothing is uploaded to any server.
The camera is used only when you scan a document; Photos access is used only when you import images to convert into a PDF. The app reads only what you select.
Tap Restore Purchases in the app. If that doesn't help, email us with the App Store receipt and we'll sort it out. Billing itself is handled by Apple.
