By using PDF-PRO you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app. In-App Purchases are also subject to Apple’s Media Services Terms and applicable App Store rules.
PDF-PRO is an on-device PDF toolkit for iPhone. You can read, annotate, merge, split, compress, run OCR, add handwritten signatures, encrypt, watermark, and scan documents.
Free access typically includes reading, scanning, and basic annotation (as shown in the app).
PDF-PRO Pro unlocks premium tools such as unlimited signature, OCR, compression, encryption, watermarking, merging, and splitting (exact features as displayed in the app at purchase time).
Pro may be offered through App Store products such as:

Localized prices shown in the App Store apply. If a free trial is offered, billing begins after the trial unless you turn off auto-renewal beforehand.
Auto-renewal: Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subscriptions may renew automatically, and Apple may charge within 24 hours before renewal (subject to Apple’s rules).
Manage / cancel: iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → PDF-PRO. After cancellation, paid access usually continues until the end of the current period.
Restore: Use Restore Purchases in the app with the same Apple ID used to buy.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. The developer cannot directly change Apple ID charges or force a refund.
You may not use PDF-PRO for unlawful, infringing, or abusive purposes, including forging documents or violating others’ rights. You may not reverse engineer or interfere with the app except where mandatory law allows.
The PDF-PRO name, UI, code, and documentation are protected by applicable law. Apple, App Store, and related marks belong to their owners.
The app is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for document loss or corruption, OCR inaccuracy, encryption misuse, device failure, or third-party (including Apple) service changes. Always keep your own backups of important files.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid to Apple for PDF-PRO Pro in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or zero if you only used the free version). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; then local law applies.
We may update these Terms on this page. You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. We may stop offering or updating the app when reasonably necessary.

Pro 可能通过以下 App Store 商品提供：
com.pdfpro.app.yearly，若在 App Store Connect 配置了试用则可含免费试用）；com.pdfpro.app.monthly）；com.pdfpro.app.lifetime）。费用记入您的 Apple ID；价格以 App Store 本地化展示为准。若提供免费试用，试用结束后除非您已关闭自动续订，否则将按周期扣款。
自动续订：除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订，否则订阅可能自动续订，并可能在续订前 24 小时内扣款（以 Apple 规则为准）。
管理与取消：iPhone「设置 → [您的姓名] → 订阅 → PDF-PRO」。取消后，已付费权益通常可用至当期结束。
恢复购买：请在应用内使用「恢复购买」，并确保使用购买时的同一 Apple ID。
退款由 Apple 按其政策处理。您可访问 reportaproblem.apple.com 申请。开发者无法直接修改 Apple ID 账单或强制退款。
您不得利用本应用从事违法、侵权或滥用行为（包括伪造文档、侵害他人权利等）。不得逆向工程或以未授权方式干扰应用运行（法律强制允许的除外）。
PDF-PRO 的名称、界面、代码与文档等受适用法律保护。Apple、App Store 及相关标识归其权利人所有。
本应用按「现状」提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对文档丢失或损坏、OCR 识别不准、加密使用不当、设备故障或第三方（含 Apple）服务变更导致的损失承担责任。请自行备份重要文件。
在法律允许范围内，我们对您因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的全部责任，不超过您在争议发生前十二（12）个月内就 PDF-PRO Pro 向 Apple 支付的金额（若仅使用免费版则为零）。部分法域不允许此类限制，则以当地法律为准。
我们可能更新本协议并在本页面公布。您可随时停止使用并卸载应用。我们亦可在合理必要情况下停止提供或更新应用。
